Generous Holiday Allowance
Océ offers 24 days annual leave on joining, rising to 25 days after 2 complete years service, 26 after 5 and 27 after 10 complete years service.
Maternity Bonus
Immediately following the birth of an employees baby they are entitled to receive one weeks gross salary.
Sports and Social club
An active Sports and Social Club is run by Océ employees for employees. The Committee organises sporting and leisure activities throughout the year.
Personal Development Review
Océ views personal development as an investment for the company and a key employee benefit. We offer all our employees free access to our state of art e-learning system known as Océ LearnLink. It provides access to thousands of courses covering hundreds of subjects and areas of expertise, depending on your needs. We also tailor a personal development programme specifically for you, and have 2 review per annum to keep the programme up to date.
