Océ, helping you bring your ideas to life
Océ has helped architects design innovative buildings and change the world’s skylines for over a century. Our business is ensuring we understand the challenges and demands in your industry, whilst ensuring we develop a range of products and services suitable for small local practices through to the largest architecture firms in the world.
Our business is understanding your business
At Océ we understand the challenges architects face, from ensuring effective project collaboration and completion, pitching for new projects to cutting costs and maximising design time. Our business is more than manufacturing printers; it’s about providing hardware and software solutions for the challenges you face.
We make it our business to give you piece of mind
In today’s business environment technology has enabled us to exchange information faster and more easily. However, this exchange is not without risk, more information entry and exit points can result in the expensive miss-exchange of information.
Océ consultants can reduce this risk and can advise on every stage of your document workflow, from controlling and auditing your documents through to providing the correct print solution for your business.
Océ solutions do more than just save your staff time and money; they are designed to give you piece of mind and the ability to concentrate on innovative design, not process.
Selling Innovation
Océ recognises that the decline in the number of AEC projects has resulted in the requirement for Architects to compete for more projects and respond to a higher volume of tenders. This challenging environment has amplified the importance of producing high quality presentations and ensuring your innovative ideas stand out from the crowd.
Océ products
Océ solutions are designed to save users time so they can concentrate on innovative design as opposed to process; they are also designed to help bring your ideas to life.
Our systems and technologies are developed to handle multiple types of documents, from producing your line drawings through to handling your presentation prints and marketing materials.
Architects and Sustainability
Architects are at the forefront of producing innovative design, which will shape the future of our cities and towns. In addition to pushing the boundaries of design architects will play a key role in designing sustainable, eco-friendly buildings, which will serve future generations.
How eco-friendly can print be?
Océ is not a company that conducts sustainable business because it’s fashionable or because it increases sales, being green has been part of Océ’s DNA for decades.
Océ’s sustainable practices are implemented in every area of our business, from developing award winning sustainable technology, which reduces power consumption, waste and emissions through to providing a range of recyclable media and supplies.
We have even been awarded for our commitment to the environment, in 2010 Océ won the 2010 Green IT Award.

The Océ CPD has three objectives. Firstly, clarifies the legal and best practice framework applicable to, and value of, project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports and, particularly, emails. Secondly, explains the approaches used to establish a secure, complete and accessible project documents repository. Thirdly, shows how documents should be formally shared between project partners in a timely, accurate, appropriate and audited manner.
