Océ announces PRISMAarchive is EMC® Centera™ proven

Océ PRISMAarchive undergoes rigorous testing through AppLabs to ensure fulI integration with EMC Centera Content-Addressed Storage (CAS)

Venlo, The Netherlands, 19 September 2007 — Océ, one of the world's leading document management companies, today announced that its Océ PRISMAarchive solution is now EMC Centera Proven. This designation is a result of Océ PRISMAarchive testing for functionality and compliance with EMC Centera, the world's leading content-addressed storage (CAS) system. The testing was conducted through AppLabs testing facility in Lindon, Utah.  Together, Océ PRISMAarchive and EMC Centera provide organizations with a reliable, cost-effective way to automatically protect business valuable data in a central storage system and quickly access this archived data in the event of any business disruption. 

EMC Centera Proven status assures that customers using Océ PRISMAarchive can more efficiently deploy an EMC Centera / Océ PRISMAarchive configuration to provide an active information archive.
