Sale of office premises in The Netherlands and France

Venlo, November 30, 2007 — Océ N.V., a leading international company in printing and document management, today announced that it has sold the offices of its sales companies in The Netherlands and France. Both sales companies will rent the offices in ’s-Hertogenbosch (The Netherlands) and Noisy-le-Grand (Paris, France) in the future.

Proceeds of the transactions amount to € 39 million and will be included in the 2007 financial year that closes today. The proceeds will be used for an ongoing reduction of the interest-bearing debt. These transactions have a limited impact on the profitability and cash flow for the financial year 2008 and subsequent years.
 
When Océ N.V. published its results for the 2007 third quarter, the company announced that it expects that operating income for the financial year 2007 will at least amount to € 110 million. The result of the above-mentioned transactions is not included in this expectation.
