Océ star shines at Sign & Digital UK
Brentwood, Essex – 29 April 2009 – The latest addition to the award-winning Océ Arizona® family, the Océ Arizona 350 XT UV curable flatbed printer, is one of the star performers at
Sign & Digital UK in Halls 6-8 at the NEC, Birmingham from 28-30 April 2009. Océ is showcasing state-of-the-art technologies and products for the display graphics market on stand E10 in Hall 8.
The Océ Arizona 350 XT UV curable flatbed printer, the largest-ever model of the award-winning Océ Arizona family, boasts an extremely large flatbed table that can produce prints up to 2.5 by 3.05m. Other products showcased will include Océ’s ColorWaveTM 600 – the first high-speed TonerPearl colour printer using patented Océ CrystalPointTM technology – and ONYX® ProductionHouseTM Océ Edition software, as well as the Océ CS9160, a versatile, high quality, eco-solvent printer for creating durable graphics on coated and uncoated media.
Océ, an international leader in digital document management and delivery, will also be teaming up with Zünd Plotting Systems (UK) Ltd, the UK distributor for Zünd Systems Technik AG, Swiss manufacturer for digital flatbed cutters. Partnering on the stand, the two companies will be displaying the Zünd G3 L2500 digital cutting system.
Products from Océ’s Imaging Supplies will also be shown, and for the third year running Océ will be partnering with self-adhesive and speciality media specialist Avery Graphics. Océ will host daily competitions, in partnership with Avery Graphics, in which prizes will be awarded to visitors.
Océ, Zünd and Avery Graphics will use the event to demonstrate the latest labour-saving innovations, designed to reduce waste and increase productivity. Océ will also provide online access to the popular Océ Media Guide, which provides detailed advice and guidance that helps printing professionals select the best media for their printers and applications.
Another first for Océ at the show will be demonstrating lenticular printing with HumanEyes Producer3D software in conjunction with stand partner Positive Focus Europe Limited, the UK distributors of the pioneering software. This will be done on the Océ Arizona 350 XT.
