The BPIF (British Printing Industries Federation) has launched an Océ-sponsored ‘Managers’ Toolkit’ to improve training and management skills.
This 40-page publication from the association’s In House and Corporate Print ServicesSpecial Interest Group will help members share best practice to grow business opportunities for their members. And it fits in with Océ’s Simply Production initiative www.simplyproductionoce.com that is focused on driving more volume into in-house corporate print rooms.
BPIF consultant Mike Hopkins, who coordinates this BPIF special interest group, said: “We are grateful to Océ for sponsorship of this publication”. The company continues to be a staunch supporter of BPIF initiatives as well as the annual British Book Production Printing Awards.
“This booklet will enable managers to improve efficiency and introduce other management structures within the printroom environment. Océ is a major supplier of software and high volume mono and colour equipment in this area.”
Nick Chalk, Océ UK Business Development Manager, said: “We are proud to be associated with this initiative and provide the support for a toolkit that to help special interest group members improve their efficiency and training and management services.”
Toolkits are available from BPIF regional offices, telephone 0845 250 7050.
