Océ paper helps customers to boost their own productivity

Brentwood, Essex, 4 October 2011 – Océ UK says research shows huge improvements in quality and uptime when customers use its own-branded Imaging Supplies.

To prove a point Océ is offering, where possible, a free box of equivalent own-branded media as part of a ‘paper amnesty’ to demonstrate improved productivity when combining with Océ printers.

The company’s own research showed that customers with the same machine and similar run rates achieved far higher success rates when running Océ media as opposed to competitor products. Improved reliability also results in at least three less service callouts each year.

Dominic Fahy, Océ UK (Canon Group) Business Group Director, Display Graphics and Imaging Supplies, said: “Océ’s Imaging Supplies small format media is one of our fastest-growing businesses. Our research shows that, on average across the mono and colour ranges, by using Océ media our customers can expect an average 25% more uptime than when using competitor products. Customers know Océ media has value because results have shown it runs for 35,000 more copies between callouts than competitor media.”
