The Océ JetStream® 1000 is a full-colour inkjet digital printing system designed to maximise productivity in corporate and commercial print environments. The system produces full-colour variable data output at high speed with exceptional quality. The Océ JetStream 1000 is the entry solution in the Océ JetStream product family, and offers high-volume digital full colour duplex printing, bringing award-winning Océ JetStream technology to users with monthly print volumes of up to 24 million impressions.
The Océ JetStream 1000 offers the unique capability of single-cabinet, full-width duplex printing, producing up to 1,010 full colour A4 (1,070 letter) images per minute at print speeds of 75 metres (246 feet) per minute for an unbeatable productivity and quality to compactness ratio.
The printing system offers unrivalled flexibility and growth paths from monochrome to full colour plus two additional colours in a minimum footprint. It can be configured as a dedicated monochrome solution but can be upgraded to full colour, MICR or up to two additional spot colours per side when application requirements change.
Full colour printing – ideal for Direct Mail and Graphic Arts applications
The Océ JetStream 1000 is designed for the special quality and reliability requirements of heavy-duty, full-colour production printing and is therefore ideally suited for Direct Mail, digital book and newspaper production. The multilevel dot modulation boosts the print quality of applications that include image elements and smooth shadings to 1200 dpi output quality. Service bureaus, graphic arts operations, letter shops, offset and corporate printers can now productively deliver digital full-colour printing with variable data.
High-volume digital printers – ideal for TransPromo applications
Modern marketing communication blends conventional transaction data with corporate messages, customer-specific information, and even promotional messages. This new way of communication is known as “transaction and promotion” or “TransPromo”. The Océ JetStream 1000 is the ideal solution for making an entry into TransPromo printing, delivering a winning combination of features, flexibility, upgradeability and performance.

The Océ JetStream 1000 is based on core technologies associated with the proven Océ JetStream platform, including Océ DigiDot™ inkjet technology and inks and the SRA MP Controller architecture. This supports a clear growth path and compatible workflow across all JetStream engines. Users also benefit from the reliability, print quality and range of media associated with the JetStream family. Océ DigiDot piezoelectric drop-on-demand inkjet technology uses the industry's most reliable inkjet printheads to produce stunning colour at top speeds. The Océ SRA MP (Massively Parallel) controller enables high-speed, uninterrupted workflow for AFP/IPDS data streams. The SRA MP is ideal for rigorous high speed, full colour digital printing.
