As its name says this tool makes available a versatile and convenient direct printing functionality for a variety of document formats – independent of drivers and native applications!
Direct Print allows to set up print parameters and associate them with Hot Folders that are depicted as little icons, for example on the desktop.
There’s no limit to the number of icons that can be created, each customised for different document formats. All that’s required to print a file with the predetermined settings is a simple drag-and-drop action. It’s also possible to program individual page settings for covers, print automatically from Hot Folders, and preconfigure authentication settings, speeding up the process even further.
